Crème Brûlée Croissants, A Snowman Cream Donut And A Peppermint Hot Chocolate Waffle Lead Paris Baguette’s Holiday Menu, Nationwide From November 4
Paris Baguette’s holiday menu reaches its bakery cafés nationwide on Wednesday, November 4. The limited-time lineup brings a new Crème Brûlée range of pastries, a run of peppermint treats and the return of the Snowman King Cream Donut, the chain announced on November 2. Alongside it, Paris Baguette’s Thanksgiving cakes are available through November 29, and its Tiramisu Cake is staying for good.

The new Crème Brûlée pastries
The Crème Brûlée lineup is the headline addition. The Crème Brûlée Supreme Croissant is a supreme croissant filled with vanilla pastry cream and finished with a caramelized sugar top. Its smaller sibling, the Cinnamon Churro Crème Brûlée Mini Croissant, is lightly fried, filled with the same vanilla pastry cream and rolled in cinnamon sugar. A Crème Brûlée Latte rounds out the set.
Peppermint, donuts and a waffle
The rest of the holiday case leans on peppermint and white chocolate:
- Snowman King Cream Donut: the chain’s signature King Cream Donut, filled with vanilla bean cream and iced with white chocolate. It’s one of the returning favorites.
- Peppermint Mochi Donut: Paris Baguette’s mochi donut with peppermint icing, a white chocolate drizzle and mini candy canes.
- Peppermint Mocha Supreme Croissant: a chocolate-dipped supreme croissant filled with peppermint chocolate cream and topped with mini candy canes.
- Peppermint Hot Chocolate Waffle: a Liège-style Belgian waffle dipped in chocolate and topped with mini marshmallows and candy canes.
On the drinks side, the Peppermint Mocha returns and a Peppermint Hot Chocolate joins it. Cathy Chavenet, Paris Baguette North America’s chief marketing officer, said in the announcement that the company is “so excited to welcome back the beloved Peppermint Mocha.”
Tiramisu goes permanent
The Tiramisu Cake and its single slice are now a permanent part of the menu, not a seasonal visitor. Paris Baguette describes it as espresso-soaked genoise layered with mascarpone cream and topped with chocolate ganache and cocoa. A new Tiramisu Latte arrives with the holiday menu.
Fans of the flavor who’d rather bake can try our Tiramisu Cookies. They aren’t a copy of the cake, but they share its pairing: espresso in a soft butter cookie, a mascarpone frosting and a dusting of cocoa.
Thanksgiving cakes, through November 29
Paris Baguette’s Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving cakes are available through Sunday, November 29:
- Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle: four layers of vanilla sponge with pastry cream and cinnamon apples, topped with streusel and caramel drizzle.
- Pumpkin Spice Layer Cake: vanilla sponge layered with pumpkin spice cream and finished with caramel sauce.
- Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing: carrot cake with pecans, pineapple and golden raisins, layered with cream cheese icing. It also comes by the slice.
- Caramel Apple Streusel Cheesecake: New York-style cheesecake on a graham cracker crust with cinnamon apples, streusel and caramel.

For a cookie take on the same idea, our Carrot Cake Cookies pack grated carrot, cinnamon and pecans into a soft cookie under cream cheese frosting. They’re our own recipe, not a copy of Paris Baguette’s cake.
