butterfingers cake mix cookies
This simple 4 ingredient cookie recipe is for all the butterfinger bar lovers out there, they are a delicious soft cake like cookie filled with yummy butterfinger chocolate pieces.
Ingredients
- 15.25 oz box yellow butter cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup butterfinger pieces or crushed butterfingers bar.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the microwave. In a bowl mix the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs together and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the butterfinger pieces.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop the dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and set the baking pan on a wire cooling rack for 3 minutes, then transfer cookies to the cooling rack using a cookie spatula.
