Cadbury mini eggs cookies

A decadent soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie with both chocolate chips and Cadbury mini eggs, an Easter treat not to miss out on!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup cadbury mini eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl beat the butter and sugars until creamy, add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda then add to the sugar mixture.
  • Gently fold in the Cadbury mini eggs, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips making sure they are fully incorporated.
  • Scoop the dough onto the lined baking sheet, this recipe makes 12 cookies.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are a golden color. Let cool on a wire rack.
