Cadbury mini eggs cookies
A decadent soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie with both chocolate chips and Cadbury mini eggs, an Easter treat not to miss out on!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup cadbury mini eggs
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl beat the butter and sugars until creamy, add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda then add to the sugar mixture.
- Gently fold in the Cadbury mini eggs, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips making sure they are fully incorporated.
- Scoop the dough onto the lined baking sheet, this recipe makes 12 cookies.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are a golden color. Let cool on a wire rack.
