Copycat Crumbl Pink Sugar Cookie
A soft and sweet crumble sugar cookie with delicious pink icing.

- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Pink icing
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 3 tbsp milk
- neon pink food coloring
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add in the eggs, vanilla, and almond extracts and mix well. Then add in the flour and baking powder, mix until a dough forms.
Scoop out the dough into balls and place on the lined cookie sheet, use a glass dipped in flour to flatten the balls slightly.
Bake in the oven for 9-11 minutes, until the edges are golden. While the cookies are baking mix all of the icing ingredients together until smooth and creamy, then place the icing in a piping bag with a small cut tip. Pipe a swirl of icing on slightly warm cookies then cool completely on a wire rack.
