Copycat Starbucks Ginger Molasses Cookies
Just like the real deal, these copycat Starbucks ginger molasses cookies are bursting with flavor and delicious!

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar, for rolling
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg -set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy, add in the molasses and egg.
Mix in the flour mixture. Scoop out the dough into balls and roll them in sugar.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, Let cool before serving.
