Nutella Cookies
Soft and chewy cookies with chocolate hazelnut spread.

- 1 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
- ¾ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¾ tsp Baking powder
Preheat oven to 350F. First, mix the egg, Nutella, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients and fold them in using a rubber spatula until the dough comes together. If needed, add a splash or two of milk or water to help bring the dough together.
Scoop the dough into 12 even portions and use your hands to roll them into balls.
Place the dough balls with some space apart on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly baked.
