Nutella Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
  • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. First, mix the egg, Nutella, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  • Add the dry ingredients and fold them in using a rubber spatula until the dough comes together. If needed, add a splash or two of milk or water to help bring the dough together.
  • Scoop the dough into 12 even portions and use your hands to roll them into balls.
  • Place the dough balls with some space apart on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly baked.
