Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined - set aside.
In a large mixing bowl beat the butter and sugars until fluffy, add in the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix well.
Stir in the flour mixture, half at a time.
Gently fold in the peanut butter cups, reese’s pieces, and chocolate chips, leave some peanut butter cup halves for the tops of cookies once they are out of the oven.
Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Scoop dough onto the lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool slightly on the pan, top some cookies with reserved peanut butter cup halves, then move cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
