White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies filled with delicious white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • sea salt flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugars until creamy, add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt then mix into the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
  • Scoop onto the lined cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes right out of the oven.
