White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
Soft and chewy cookies filled with delicious white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- sea salt flakes for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugars until creamy, add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt then mix into the wet ingredients.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Scoop onto the lined cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes right out of the oven.
