Crumbl Has A Scoopable Cookie Dough For November 2 To 8, Warm Dough With Vanilla Bean Mousse That It Calls Its Take On A Viral Trend

Crumbl’s menu for the week of November 2 to 8 leads with a dessert eaten from a tray, not a cookie. The Scoopable Cookie Dough is a scoop of warm, baked brown sugar cookie dough with milk and semi-sweet chocolate chunks, served with a large dollop of what Crumbl calls “ice cream-inspired” vanilla bean mousse. Crumbl’s own description ends with a line about where the idea came from: “our take on the viral trend!”

What’s in the scoop

Crumbl’s description puts the weight on three words: warm, baked and gooey. The dough is brown sugar with two kinds of chocolate, and the topping is mousse, not ice cream. In Crumbl’s product photo, the dough sits in a brown paper tray beside a piped swirl of the mousse.

Crumbl’s flavor page lists it at 770 calories a serving, and its allergen line names milk, egg, wheat and soy, plus peanuts and tree nuts.

It’s not Crumbl’s first turn at cookie dough. In 2024, the chain tested 8-ounce packs of frozen “cookie dough bits” for $6.99 in the Louisville, Kentucky, market, Nation’s Restaurant News reported. The new scoop goes the other way: it’s baked and served warm.

The trend Crumbl doesn’t name

Crumbl doesn’t say which viral trend it means. The name matches a dessert Spoon University wrote up on February 9, 2026, under the headline “What Is Scoopable Cookie Dough, The Dessert Taking Over TikTok?” Spoon described a partially baked chocolate chip cookie, baked in a dish and scooped out soft in the middle, and said the most popular versions are topped with vanilla ice cream. One TikTok creator it featured found the dessert at a café in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Crumbl’s version keeps the warm, soft dough and swaps the ice cream for its vanilla bean mousse.
