S'mores stuffed cookies
A decadent chocolate chip cookie stuffed with graham cracker, chocolate chunks and marshmallows, the ultimate treat!

- 1 1/3 cups salted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 36 mini marshmallows
- 1 Hershey's bar broken into 12 pieces
- 1 large graham cracker, broken into 12 pieces
- 3.5 cups milk chocolate chips
In a bowl whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined - set aside
In a mixing bowl beat the butter and sugars until fluffy, add in the eggs and vanilla.
Mix in the dry ingredients then gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop out the dough into 24 equal size balls, on top of 12 cookie balls place 3 mini marshmallows, 1 piece of chocolate, and a graham cracker piece.
Top with another scoop of cookie and gently roll into a large ball. This recipe makes 12 large cookies. Freeze the cookie balls for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Place only 3 to 4 dough balls per sheet depending on your cookie sheet size, these cookies are huge and will spread.
Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, let cookies sit for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
