Chips Ahoy! Adds Caramel And Fudge Drizzled Minis, In 6-Ounce Pouches And 2.5-Ounce Convenience-Store Tear Bags
Chips Ahoy! Minis now come drizzled. Mondelēz International, which owns the brand, announced on Wednesday, October 21 that Chips Ahoy! Minis Caramel Drizzled and Chips Ahoy! Minis Fudge Drizzled are on sale now at a limited number of retailers.

One cookie, two drizzles
Both flavors start from the same base, which Mondelēz describes as a bite-size, fudgy chocolate chip cookie baked with some crunch. One is finished with caramel, the other with fudge.
The Minis line itself isn’t new. The release calls these “two new varieties of its fan-favorite mini cookies,” so the drizzle is the change. Both flavors are certified kosher dairy, according to the company.
Sizes, and where they’re sold
The drizzled Minis come two ways:
- 6-ounce resealable pouches
- 2.5-ounce Tear Bags for convenience stores, pitched in the release for car rides and lunch breaks.
Beyond the convenience-store bags, the release names no stores and no price. For updates, the brand points to its Instagram (@chipsahoy), TikTok (@theofficialchipsahoy) and Facebook accounts.
Mili Laddha, senior director of the Chips Ahoy! brand, said in the release that the company took “everything fans love about that classic cookie and made it smaller, more indulgent, and perfect for any moment.”
A busy fall for the brand
The drizzled Minis arrive while Chips Ahoy! is still keeping one flavor a secret. Its limited-edition Mystery Cookie has been on sale since July, and the brand plans to reveal the flavor on Saturday, October 31. Our October 20 story explains the daily guessing and the $25,000 drawing.
Our own drizzle and caramel cookies
For a drizzle from your own oven, our Peppermint Drizzle Cookies are buttery shortbread rounds finished with a zigzag of melted Andes peppermint chocolate. For caramel, our Salted Caramel Chocolate Chunk Cookies fold chopped caramel candies and chocolate chunks into a brown sugar dough with a little sea salt, and the post suggests a caramel sauce drizzle as an extra. Neither is a Chips Ahoy! copycat, just our own cookies on the same idea.
